Do you ship internationally?

Will I still be able to purchase items if I am unable to attend the conference?

All merchandise items purchased on this site must be collected during the conference in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Even if you are not registered for the conference, you may visit the Dominican Fiesta hotel from the 18th to 22nd of July to collect your purchase.

Yes!

If you are unable to attend, you can still purchase any of our conference merchandise to support the important work we do. However, you will need to either 1) make arrangements with a friend or colleague who is registered and will be attending to pick up your items, or 2) visit the Dominican Fiesta Hotel from 18th to 22nd July to pick up your items or arrange for a friend to do so.

Please remember to save your order confirmation, as you will need to present it to collect your items from the merchandise table at the conference between 18th and 22nd July.

What are my payment options?

We offer payment by credit card as a convenience for our supporters. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you decide to pay by credit card, the transaction fee will be reflected in the total amount charged to your credit card.

What is your return policy?

All merchandise sold will support conservation initiatives for Caribbean birds, therefore all sales are considered final. However we will accept exchanges for unwashed and unworn conference t-shirts and hats.

Exchanges will be facilitated, once requested t-shirt sizes and bird hats are in-stock, at the merchandise table during the conference between 18th and 22nd July.

What size should I get?

There is a size chart located on the t-shirt page. If you have issues accessing this size chart, please contact us for help. Our hats are adjustable and one size fits most.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards.

For the t-shirt, buff, and hats we selected fabrics to ensure that all garments may be machine-washed easily. That said, please follow the care instructions of each garment listed on the individual product pages. When in doubt, hand washing always wins and and will help your items last longer.
